Batrouniyat gathers the producers, artisans and craftspeople of Batroun into one growing marketplace, so heritage is kept and lives are built where they began.
Founded April 2009 by Gebran and Chantal Bassil, breathing new life into the region ever since.

A living pantry of Batroun. Forty-eight-plus traditional preserves, including the rare ones — dried fish, seashore grass, verjuice, tangerine syrup, chili paste, sage water, pumpkin jam.
Standing with farmers
We distribute the harvest of more than one hundred farmers from towns across the Batroun region, so growers can build a life where they were born.
