The production
Produced end to end.
The weekend ritual. Every Saturday and Sunday through summer, Colonel opens its beach and lets the residents run the day from a slow afternoon into a golden-hour peak.
House, disco and sun-soaked selections, live percussion over the top, cold beer brewed a hundred metres away. This is the sound that earned Batroun its summer reputation.
Day passes are handled through Batrouniyat, with a sunbed upgrade if you want the front row to the sea.
