The production

Produced end to end.

Batroun is famous for its fresh lemonade, pressed from the citrus that rings the town since the early 1900s. For one long weekend, Batrouniyat puts the whole taste of the town on the street.

Fifty-plus producers and kitchens, the Beit El Mouneh market of preserves, live lemonade pressing, and the farmers Batrouniyat backs all year selling straight from the stall. A family festival by day, long tables by night.

Free to walk in; the tasting passes and the long-table dinners are ticketed through Batrouniyat.
